#AZYAMin Winter Retreat - February 6-8, 2015

Description: Join us for our third annual Winter Ski/snowboard trip to Flagstaff Arizona. This weekend will include worship services, winter hiking, team building activities, exploring the town of Flagstaff, and the chance to ski or snowboard at the Snowbowl Ski Resort on Sunday.
Who: This trip is open to all young adults in the Arizona Conference, however space is a bit limited so please sign-up sooner than later.
Location: El Nathan Ministries Retreat Center - 3910 E. El Paso Drive Flagstaff, Arizona 86004
Cost: The cost to take part in the weekend retreat is $60, please bring this amount in cash ready to turn in when you arrive in Flagstaff. the cost covers lodging for two nights at the retreat center and 5 meals (Friday night - Sunday Morning)
Lodging: This year our retreat is being held at the El Nathan Retreat Center and all participants will be sleeping in shared "bunk style" rooms. There are some rooms available for married couples, if you and your spouse are joinng us for the weekend please indicate that using the form below.
Food: Arizona Conference & Flagstaff SDA Church will be cooking the food for the retreat. If you have any special diet needs please let Pastor Ben know.
Transportation: There are two options for getting up to Flagstaff Friday night. You are welcome to carpool with friends or drive your own vehicle. You can also reserve a ride in one of the rented vans that will be heading up the mountain for $40, please bring this amount in cash when you arrive for van departure. Friday evening the van will be leaving Thunderbird Academy (7410 E. Sutton Drive, Scottsdale, RD Scottsdale, AZ 85260) at 7:00pm sharp, please arrive at least 15min before the departure time.

Ski & Snowboard Rentals: If you do not have your own gear you can rent at the resort Sunday morning, click here for details. You can also rent at local shops in the Phoenix area. Sports Chalet or Ski Pro are two of the bigger equipment rental places in the valley.
Suggested Packing List: Bible, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, pillow, personal toiletries, winter clothing (hats, gloves, ski jacket, boots, snow pants, ski goggles), digital camera, a little extra cash for food on the mountain on Sunday and for Chipotle on the way home, church dress for Sabbath will be casual, money for lift tickets and rentals, ski gear (ski, boards, boots) if you have your own, and an attitude of adventure.
Friday Night Phoenix: Van leaves TAA 7:30p sharp
Friday Night Flagstaff: Registration/ Check-in, Soup Supper, Camp Fire 8pm - 10:30pm
Sabbath: Great day of wonderful food, winter adventure hikes, community outreach, team building, camp fires, worship music, and much more.
Sunday: Great breakfast , Skiing & Snowboarding at Snowbowl Resort, Chipotle on the ride home, arriving back in PHX by about 9:30pm
